Responsibilities:
- Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups
- Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
- Work collaboratively and support your teammates
- Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace
Requirements:
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state of Texas
- The ability to work weekends (Saturday at a minimum with Sunday and Friday availability preferred)and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)
- A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great
Compensation: $21-$33 per hour (including tips and commissions)
