The company plays an important role in helping clients move complex programs forward through practical, high-quality operational support.

This role is a strong fit for an HR Generalist who enjoys being part of a hands-on business environment and contributing across core people and office operations. You will support essential day-to-day functions that help keep internal processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly while working closely with colleagues across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative duties across daily HR and office operations.
  • Support accounting-related duties and routine financial administration.
  • Manage payroll responsibilities accurately and independently.
  • Maintain documentation filing and records management processes.
  • College degree or associate degree.
  • Mid-level HR Generalist experience, with the ability to manage payroll independently.
  • Experience managing documentation filing, employee recordkeeping, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Background handling secretarial and reception responsibilities in an office environment.
  • Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, life science, or high-tech company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating effectively with team members and supporting leadership in day-to-day HR activities.
  • Comfortable thriving in a small, hands-on, low-bureaucracy work environment with minimal process overhead.
  • Professional, team-oriented approach and sound judgment in workplace interactions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
