Description

We are looking for a G&A Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team where you’ll serve as a cornerstone of our Dallas headquarters, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders within our Finance, Legal, People, Sales, Marketing, and IT functions. In this role, you will serve as a talent advisor to attract and hire top talent, while influencing cross-functional partners to align on key hiring objectives. Additionally, you will lead talent initiatives to update processes and programs in an effort to improve overall hiring efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record hiring world-class G&A and/or IT talent, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strong data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Operate with a builder mindset, leading full-cycle recruiting as a strategic talent advisor to leaders within the G&A and IT organizations.

  • Develop and execute thoughtful search strategies tailored to a variety of niche roles by leveraging our full talent acquisition tech stack.

  • Cultivate trusting, high-impact relationships with key stakeholders to proactively support hiring efforts and strategic talent initiatives.

  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring clear, detailed, and proactive communication throughout the entire recruiting process.

  • Leverage recruiting metrics and data analytics to identify hiring trends and talent market insights in an effort to inform data-driven hiring decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and continuously improve overall hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience recruiting for G&A (finance, legal, HR, marketing) and/or IT functions.

  • Demonstrated expertise hiring for niche roles within the DFW market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing candidates ranging from individual contributors to Director-level including managing complex compensation packages that include equity components.

  • Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships both internally and externally in an evolving start-up environment.

  • Experience with incorporating AI or using AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities in an ever-changing hiring landscape.

  • Demonstrated agency in taking initiative to improve recruiting workflows or processes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500 - $142,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
