JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control Operation Manager oversees inventory accuracy, cycle count process, audits, and reconciliations activities within a warehouse environment. This role leads and supports Inventory Control Coordinators through coaching, training, and performance monitoring while partnering with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, resolve issues, and improve productivity and operational results.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

路 Manages Inventory Control Coordinators

RESPONSIBILITIES:

路 Oversee the weekly and monthly cycle count process.

路 Ensure inventory records are accurate and complete.

路 Montior performance and accuracy of Inventory Control Coordinators.

路 Reconcile inbound blind receivers and perform inventory audits.

路 Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and trends and proactively create solutions to improve productivity and results.

路 Actively lead Inventory Control Coordinators by coaching and training in real time on issues such as performance, attendance, and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

路 High School Diploma, Associate鈥檚 degree in related filed preferred.

路 Minimum 1-3 years warehouse inventory experience.

路 Minimum 6 months Supervisory experience.

路 Minimum 6 months experience with cycle counting, inventory control, FEFO/FIFO, lot and serial control.

路 Experience working with a 3PL organization preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

路 Demonstrated knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and RF Scanners

路 Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory accuracy procedures and best practices

路 Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

路 Demonstrated data analysis skills

路 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

路 Prolonged periods of standing and walking

路 Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)

路 Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

路 Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and warehouse platforms frequently

路 Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and maneuver through the warehouse environment throughout shift

路 Ability to safely operate and work around moving warehouse equipment

路 Manual dexterity to use a computer, scanner and other inventory-control equipment
