Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of Operations Administrative Coordinatoris to provide general administrative support to the Sr. Director of Operations, relieving this desk of internal reporting duties. You will be responsible for managing multiple complex Excel spreadsheets daily, overseeing department supply inventory, and miscellaneous tasks that support the fluidity of the department overall. This role requires an analytical individual who loves numbers and who can stay focused and organized amid the daily rush of deadlines. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Conducting research and information gathering on behalf of the senior Operations leadership team 

  • Preparing dozens ofsummaries and high-level reports that may utilize specialized software and systems  

  • Developing positive relationships at all levels of the organization 

  • Responsible for mail runs 

  • Purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies 

  • Performing various ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Must exhibit advanced use of MS Office experience functions using Outlook, Excel, and Word 

  • Extremely organized and communicative 

  • Technically savvy and knowledgeable in using internet-based platforms 

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines 

  • High degree of initiative and independent execution 

  • Integrity and dependability 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • General familiarity of accounting principles, practices, and procedures 

 

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  

  • MS365 

  • Excel 

  • Report running 

  • Organization 

  • Detail oriented 

  • Strong communication 

  • General accounting knowledge 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

  • Regular use of hand and finger dexterity
