We’re looking for a Template Technician. Someone who thrives on being in the field, working with their hands, and making sure every installation starts on the right foot.

Your Mission
You’ll be the first critical step in turning designs into reality. From templating cabinets and countertops to ensuring measurements are precise, you’ll give our installation teams the clarity they need to deliver flawless results.
Your work won’t just guide the build, it will build trust with our customers, support your teammates, and make sure every project is set up to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving Every Minute of It):

• Measuring and templating cabinets, countertops, and window coverings for Wisenbaker customers.
• Calculating and reporting square footage totals for each order daily.
• Assisting the Template Manager with routing and reviewing field orders.
• Supporting teammates and installers when needed to keep projects moving.

What We’re Looking For:

• General knowledge of kitchen design, countertop layouts, cabinet installation, and window applications. Ability to read blueprints is a strong plus.
• Basic math, square footage calculations, and geometry.
• Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, problem-solver with a sharp eye for accuracy.
