Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician III

Mestex, a Mestek Company, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our Manufacturing team. This senior-level role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, improving equipment reliability, and supporting a safe, efficient manufacturing operation.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair CNC fabrication equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Diagnose root causes and resolve complex equipment issues
Support facility systems and equipment installations
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives
Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards

What You'll Bring

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience with CNC fabrication equipment preferred
Technical certifications are a plus
