JOB SUMMARY:Â
We are looking for a creative Marketing & Media Specialist who is an awesome storyteller and has a background in managing a corporate presence in marketing, social media, and print campaigns. As our in-house content creator, you are responsible for taking conceptual direction and then crafting ideas and experiences that engage our audiences at every turn.Â
JOB DESCRIPTION:Â Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Spearheading a tailored social media strategy that tells the Stevens Transport story, maximizes brand exposure, and engages existing employees as well as our online communityÂ
Scheduling marketing calendar posts across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)Â
Creating social media campaigns with calls-to-action that support recruiting efforts and help generate leads Â
Writing original but relevant social copy for press releases and corporate newsletterÂ
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activityÂ
Overseeing entire portfolio of creative assets (master templates, print, web, email, advertising, PowerPoints, photography, videos, etc.) to support marketing and business objectivesÂ
Responding quickly to proof modifications and new project requestsÂ
Analyzing social media metrics and growth of outreach/campaigns on a weekly basisÂ
QUALIFICATIONS:Â
Minimum QualificationsÂ
Bachelor's degree and experience leading social media accounts on behalf of a businessÂ
Strong, compelling writing is a requirementÂ
Well-versed on all relevant and emerging social media platformsÂ
Experience developing high impact social media marketingÂ
Experience with services such as MailChimp, Hootsuite, Creator Studio, etc.Â
Ability to analyze project requirements and provide accurate turnaround timelinesÂ
Must be able to fulfill a high volume of daily requests while also developing long-term projectsÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
An energetic, flexible, and approachable work style; works well under pressure and is capable of remaining calm and focused despite rapidly changing priorities/competing deadlinesÂ
An understanding of how to draw insights from social media measurementsÂ
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier)Â
Former Agency Experience a plusÂ
5 years Marketing Management experienceÂ
