Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 4th - 6th year associate in the Litigation group of our Dallas, TX office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Ideal candidates should have experience analyzing, researching and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues on complex litigation, ranging from state and federal court motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification motions, writs and appeals.

Candidates should also possess a strong academic background, experience in trial prep and court appearances, solid writing skills, case management experience, have successfully argued motions, taken and defended depositions, as well as have the ability to be strategic and analytical. This role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn and a desire to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development. For consideration, please submit a resume, official transcript(s), and a writing sample all in PDF format.
