Responsibilities:

  • Lead all marketing projects and activities for Bask Bank brand.

  • Lead all marketing projects and activities for Texas Capital Bank Small Business banking.

  • Traffic assigned Bask Bank and Texas Capital Bank Small Business media assets through the project management process.

  • Collaborating with the Line of Business and Product teams, manage the marketing strategy for Bask Bank and Texas Capital Bank Small Business.

  • Utilize technology to ensure all projects are tracked correctly and managed to completion.

  • Partner across marketing and compliance teams to ensure that audience selection meet regulatory standards and act as a key liaison for our third-party agency in those discussions.

  • Draft correspondence and presentation materials.

  • Maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation.

  • Provide backup to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in coordinating/ leading projects; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous Banking experience preferred

  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills

  • Prior experience planning events, meetings and marketing campaigns

  • Proven ability to develop relationships with employees and business partners

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally – both verbally and written

  • Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
