The school is known for strong student outcomes, a high-touch community, and a mission-driven approach to education that develops the whole child—academically, spiritually, and relationally. TKA is entering a pivotal season of growth. With the launch of a new federal tax credit for Scholarship Granting Organizations (SGOs), the school has a unique opportunity to dramatically expand scholarship funding and reach more families.  The Opportunity The King’s Academy is launching a major initiative tied to a new federal tax credit that allows individuals to redirect up to $1,700 per year toward scholarship funding. We are hiring a high-output, sales-driven leader to build and execute the donor acquisition engine behind this initiative. This is not a traditional development role. This is a front-line growth role focused on: Getting in front of new people every day Building referral partnerships that drive volume Converting conversations into committed donors If you measure your week by meetings and donors closed—and you create opportunities instead of waiting for them - this role is for you.  Expectations 1. Daily Outreach & Donor Acquisition Engage with 50–100+ new prospective donors per week Drive high-volume outreach across calls, meetings, events, and introductions Move people from awareness - commitment with consistency and urgency 2. Referral Partner Engine (Critical) Build and activate relationships with: Financial advisors CPAs / tax professionals Business leaders Churches and community networks Create a repeatable system where partners consistently refer donors 3. Partnership Development Launch and scale outreach channels such as: Church presentations Small group gatherings Community events 1:1 meetings and introductions Identify and double down on highest-performing channels 4. Conversion & Closing Clearly communicate the opportunity: “Redirect your taxes to fund scholarships.” Make the ask confidently and consistently Overcome objections and close commitments 5. Pipeline Ownership & Accountability Own your numbers: New conversations Meetings held Donors committed Maintain and optimize pipeline in CRM Operate with full accountability for results  Who You Are A true hunter—you initiate, not wait Competitive and driven by goals, metrics, and results Energized by meeting new people every day Comfortable asking for money and handling objections Relentless in follow-up—you don’t let opportunities die Thick-skinned and resilient—you expect “no” and work toward “yes” Mission-driven and aligned with Christian education  Qualifications 3+ years in sales, fundraising, or business development Proven track record of hitting measurable targets Strong in-person and verbal communication skills Experience managing and closing a pipeline CRM experience preferred  Compensation  Status-Part-Time Performance-based incentives tied to donors acquired  Why This Role Matters and is Critical This role has the potential to unlock millions of dollars in scholarship funding.
