As a Fleet Depot Associate, Autonomous Vehicles (āAVā),Ā you will perform critical hands-on duties that ensure the safety, readiness, and availability of the autonomous vehicle fleet. You will report to the Manager, Operations ā Ride Hail, with a dotted line to the Fleet Coordinator. This position focuses on vehicle preparation, deployment, sensor calibration support, charging operations, cleanliness, and overall depot efficiency.Ā

WhatĀ YouāllĀ Do:Ā Ā
Perform daily servicing of autonomous vehicles, including cleaning, charging, and sensor calibration supportĀ in accordance withĀ company standardsĀ
Drive autonomous vehicles in self-drive mode asĀ requiredĀ for calibration and deployment proceduresĀ
Research and troubleshoot āno hailā vehicle states using diagnostic tools; perform remote resets or escalate to fleet response support when neededĀ
Complete safety and operational checklists, including pre-deployment software updatesĀ
Deploy and stage vehicles into Rider-Only Commercial Service as directedĀ
Move and position vehicles within the depot and between charging or maintenance areasĀ
Report charging equipment issues or performance concerns to technical staffĀ
Handle, transport, and secure equipment such as keys, laptops, cleaning tools, and related assets in compliance with security standardsĀ
Maintain organized work areas and ensure depot cleanlinessĀ
Follow all safety policies and procedures toĀ maintainĀ a safe work environmentĀ

WhatĀ WeāreĀ Looking For:Ā
High school diploma or equivalentĀ
1+ year of progressive experience in fleet operations, automotive service, or vehicleĀ logisticsĀ
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including ExcelĀ
Comfortable using mobile and computer-based fleet management systemsĀ
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and procedural accuracyĀ
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentĀ
Valid driverās license and authorization to work in the United StatesĀ
Successful completion of pre-employment qualification checksĀ
Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends as business needs requireĀ
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for up to 8 hours and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. withĀ assistanceĀ
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmentsĀ
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotelyĀ
