This part-time position is designed for individuals who have mastered trainee duties and are committed to delivering exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. This position pays $12 dollars an hour.  Key Responsibilities: - Screen guests to ensure they meet participation requirements. - Fit gear appropriately for guests, ensuring comfort and safety. - Conduct thorough safety checks and orientations for all participants. - Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain safety standards. - Follow emergency procedures promptly and effectively when required. - Maintain a point total under 10, demonstrating adherence to performance standards. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently. - Be available to work at least 4 full days a week, contributing to team operations. QualificationsRequired: - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNING SHIFTS. (9-5PM)  - Must be at least 16 years of age - Ability to read, write, and understand English - Excellent communication skills - Positive attitude Required Experience: - Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment checks is advantageous Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail, particularly in safety checks and inspections - Capability to conduct safety orientations and fit gear appropriately - Ability to follow emergency procedures accurately - Availability to work at least 3 full days a week - Adherence to company policies and procedures - Ability to maintain a low point total in performance evaluations
