We are looking for a passionate defense attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to protecting the integrity of the system. This applicant must have experience in healthcare fraud cases that include billing, services provided and various issues that arise. Civil and or Criminal litigation experience is mandatory.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into healthcare fraud cases.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Analyze complex medical records and billing practices.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Stay updated on healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Prepare case strategies and build strong arguments for trials.
  • Litigate civil and criminal cases
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare law or fraud cases.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical practices.
