About the Role:

As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the physical and mental well-being of clients through expert therapeutic massage techniques. Your primary objective will be to assess client needs and deliver customized massage treatments that alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote holistic health. You will work closely with clients to understand their health concerns and tailor sessions using modalities such as deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. This role requires a compassionate and professional approach to healing, ensuring each client experiences relief and rejuvenation. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving clients' quality of life by supporting their physical recovery and overall wellness goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist in the United States.
  • Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques including deep tissue massage and reflexology.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet client scheduling needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, or holistic health modalities.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary health or wellness setting.
  • Knowledge of complementary healing practices such as aromatherapy or acupuncture.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual health conditions and massage therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans using techniques such as therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage.
  • Maintain detailed client records to track progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
