A training program designed to give a broad overview of electrical distribution.  A detailed explanation of the training program is listed below. Key Responsibilities include: Perform all job functions with willingness and enthusiasm Working with fellow employees and teammates Maintaining a professional attitude through all aspects of the program Abiding by all TRC company policies   Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: High school diploma is required, along with currently enrolled in 4-year university. Preferred field of studies are engineering (general), mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or industrial engineering, but these degrees are not required to be in our program. Self-starters: ability to work with minimal supervision; prioritizing and completing tasks at own initiative. Problem-solving skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork skills with peers and mentors. Positive attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors. Willingness to learn new about technology and cutting-edge industry products. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
