How you will fulfill your potential

As a Java Engineer within the Private Wealth Management Asset Transfers Engineering Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting key Asset Transfers platforms and cloud infrastructure leveraged by Clients and Wealth Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust and scalable microservice applications using Java / Spring Boot

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

• Maintain, improve and support existing software in production environments to analyze issues across a distributed architecture

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and technical architecture decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Field

• 4+years of professional experience

• Expertise developing Java / Spring Boot microservice applications and REST APIs

• Experience with SQL & NoSQL (MongoDB) solutions

• Experience with messaging solutions (Kafka)

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms with a focus on AWS including services like EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc

Requirements

Self-motivated with analytical mindset who can multi-task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
