Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Installation Instructor to join our training team. In this role, you will educate new and existing technicians on the latest AT&T installation protocols, equipment, and best practices. Your expertise will ensure our students deliver high-quality service to AT&T customers, maintaining safety and quality at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain, update, and deliver classroom and hands on training on AT&T installation procedures, per the TP76300 & TP76400
• Stay current with AT&T standards and update training materials as installation technologies and protocols evolve.
• Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations, written tests, and ongoing feedback.
• Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages questions, participation, and professional growth.
• Work with local lab team to ensure the required IRM and materials are available for upcoming training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in the AT&T TP-76300 & TP76400 documentation.
• Able to read and interpret AT&T drawings and detailed specs.
• Experience in installation in AT&T Central Office environments
• Familiarity with the EJF process and required paperwork.
• Be familiar with the required tools and calibration requirements for AT&T central office work.
• Experience as an instructor/ trainer
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio,

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in installing Ciena Equipment
• Experience as an auditor a plus
