About the Role:

The Warehouse/Driver role is a critical position responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse and to various delivery locations. This role combines warehouse operations with driving duties, requiring the individual to manage inventory accurately while safely transporting products to customers or other facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the flow of goods, supporting supply chain operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent time management are essential to meet delivery schedules and warehouse organization standards. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, often up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with larger vehicle operation.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving.
  • Certification in forklift operation or other warehouse machinery.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations to maintain order and accessibility.
  • Prepare and load outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Operate company vehicles to deliver goods safely and on schedule to customers or other company sites.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and vehicle logs using company systems.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during warehouse and driving activities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members and logistics coordinators to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
