Compensation: $16.83/hr + 8 hours of OT every week

Renewed Horizons is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our unique Weekend Shift — 48 hours from Saturday morning to Monday morning — supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a comfortable, home-like residential setting. Night hours are restful, and staff can sleep while remaining on-site and available if needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Support daily routines – Assist with daily living skills (meals, hygiene, medications, routines)
✔ Community involvement – Support social activities and community outings during the day
✔ Complete light housekeeping tasks and maintain a positive environment
✔ Teach skills - Foster independence and encourage skill-building
✔ Remain on-site and available overnight (sleeping hours) in case of emergencies

✔ No experience? No problem! – We provide paid training

✔ Willing to stay on-site for the full 48-hour shift
