Duties and Responsibilities Cold Calling Existing Customers Building out AstroTurf Database with correct customer information Taking all calls that come into the AstroTurf 1800 # and providing service or directing call to correct regional team member. Marketing blasts to all customers as directed by Marketing Marketing Promotions Service Specials General AstroTurf Updates Reporting on Maintenance Sales that are driven by extended outreach to customer network Sending out AstroTurf Warranties and tracking warranty timeline in customer database.
