Job DetailsJob Location: Controlled Products - Dalton, GA 30721Salary Range: $15.00 HourlyJob Summary: The Creeler is responsible for their part in the turf manufacturing process as outlined below. Duties/Responsibilities: •    To load and unload cones of yarn from the creel rack  •    Tying cones of yarn on the creel rack for manufacturing •    To count and package finished yarn lots •    Assist the machine operator and mender with any work that requires two or more people to complete •    To maintain a clean and clutter free work area Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed. Benefits: •    Will be eligible for health insurance the first day of the first full month following 30 days employed with The Recreational Group •    401k match (30 day waiting period)   QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:  •    Experience in warehouse operations •    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals •    Excellent organizational and time management skills Please Note: This position requires physical stamina and endurance, as it involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving heavy materials throughout the shift. Comprehensive safety protocols are in place to ensure the health and well-being of all employees. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements:  •    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer •    Ability to lift 15 pounds
