Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor owners and sales teams. Travel for distributor visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, training, and planning. Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and expanding market share. Respond promptly to distributor and customer inquiries. Monitor sales performance and develop territory action plans. Coordinate with internal departments to support distributor needs. Manage schedules, reporting, customer records, and follow-up activities. Build distributor trust through communication and collaborative problem-solving. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
