Position Overview

What You'll Work On

  • Process improvement initiatives that enhance flow, reduce waste, or increase throughput
  • Data analysis to identify trends, support decisions, or improve reporting accuracy

  • System updates and documentation for standardized work and training
  • Layout updates using tools such as CAD to reflect current operations
  • Inventory and material flow reviews to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Cross‑functional projects with manufacturing, logistics, planning, and quality teams
  • Continuous improvement activities aligned with Shaw’s operational excellence goals
