What You’ll Do

Assist with maintenance and repair of forklift equipment
Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Support senior technicians on service calls
Communicate professionally with customers
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service records
Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Expected Outcomes

Develop strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Provide reliable support to the service team
Deliver quality work with increasing independence
Build a foundation for long-term career growth

Background & Experience

Mechanical aptitude required (automotive, small engine, etc.)
Technical training or schooling is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license
