Automotive Lot Technician — $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until route is completed
Route: San Mateo, Burlingame, Colma, San Bruno & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $26.00++ per hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Hourly pay listed is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is hiring a dependable Automotive Lot Technician to service local automotive dealerships throughout the San Mateo, Burlingame, Colma, and San Bruno area.
This is a full-time, hands-on field position for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, visiting different locations, and managing their assigned route independently.
You'll help dealerships keep their online vehicle inventory accurate and up to date. Your day will include locating vehicles and keys, moving and staging vehicles, communicating with dealership staff, and capturing vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
No professional photography experience is required. Paid training is provided.
This is not a creative photography or studio position. It's a structured, process-driven job where reliability, efficiency, communication, and attention to detail are more important than photography experience.
What You'll Do
- Follow an assigned route and visit scheduled dealership locations
- Locate vehicles, keys, and dealership contacts to complete daily assignments
- Move and stage vehicles in designated areas on dealership lots
- Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
- Communicate directly with dealership staff regarding vehicles, keys, and inventory issues
- Follow established processes and quality standards for every vehicle
- Complete assigned routes efficiently while staying on schedule
- Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day
- Work independently while representing Pro-MotionPix professionally
Who We're Looking For

- Automotive: Detailers, porters, lot attendants, lube technicians, inventory specialists
- Warehouse: Material handlers, inventory associates, warehouse associates
- Construction: Laborers, trades, installers
- Landscaping: Crew members and field workers
- Delivery: Delivery drivers, route drivers, merchandisers
- Other active jobs: Maintenance, facilities, moving, or similar physical/outdoor work
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a dependable work history and strong work ethic
- Enjoys staying active and working on their feet throughout the day
- Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Communicates professionally with dealership staff
- Can solve problems and take initiative when something doesn't go as planned
- Is organized and comfortable following a structured daily process
- Is comfortable using a smartphone and learning mobile applications
- Takes pride in completing quality work efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred
- Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar physical work preferred
- Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and company technology
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Compensation & Benefits
- $26.00++ per hour
