About you…
High School or equivalent
1-3 years of retail management.
Make sure you understand Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes
You have the people skills to grow your team
A desire to work hard and be successful
Computer savvy
Honesty and loyalty, we have a strong team so we need someone even stronger to lead it
It would be great but not completely necessary to have…
Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
Experience working with a growing company
