Summary:
The primary function of the Front Desk Receptionist is to greet, monitor, and grant access to appropriate visitors to the Nuvance Health Corporate Headquarters. The Receptionist adheres to all system policies including patient confidentiality while helping to direct visitors to their proper destination. Supports visitors in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities:
1.聽Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs, demonstrating a courteous and friendly manner when assisting visitors and the general public.
2.聽Answer and direct phone calls.
3.聽Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes, adhering to visitor restrictions and confidentiality.
4.聽Performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving, delivering, and sending mail and packages.
5.聽Responds to internal and external inquiries.
6.聽May provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls.
7.聽Assists with planning and coordinating office-wide processes such as facilities maintenance, space planning, moves, equipment installations, and other events or projects with internal and external stakeholders.
8.聽Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
9.聽Manage inventory and places orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions.
10.聽Processes invoices
11.聽May act as backup for phone coverage or assist with events and other special projects.
12.聽May be responsible for performing company database or system administration tasks, including data input, reporting, user support, and upgrades.
13.聽Addresses routine day-to-day problems or coordinates with stakeholders to obtain solutions.
14.聽Identifies, communicates, and escalates emergencies and crises to the appropriate employee(s).
15.聽Maintains and models the organization茂驴陆s values.
16.聽Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
17.聽Performs other duties as required.
Education Skills Experience
聽
路 Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
聽
路 High School Diploma or equivalent required
聽
路 Ability to deal with people courteously and professionally
聽
路 Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office software
聽
路 Minimum 1 year job related experience in a customer service-oriented position
聽
路 Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus
聽
路 Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
