Job DetailsJob Location: Overman USA Inc - Dandridge, TN 37725Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: Day Position, stretch, and secure fabric, vinyl, or other upholstery materials using hand tools and pneumatic staplers. Apply foam, batting, webbing, springs, and other cushioning materials as required. Install buttons and other decorative components to meet product specifications. Inspect furniture components for quality before and during assembly. Identify and correct minor defects or report quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and upholstery equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain production goals while ensuring workmanship meets company quality standards. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines. Qualifications Ability to safely use hand tools, air-powered staplers, scissors, knives, and other upholstery equipment. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds regularly. Frequent use of hands and arms for gripping, pulling, stretching, and fastening upholstery materials. Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, adhesives, and varying temperatures. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
