What you will be doing

• Thoroughly clean all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles, and other restaurant equipment. Sanitize food service and preparation ware to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all storage areas, including the main freezer and cooler.
• Clean, transport, and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operation.
• Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring that all materials are thoroughly cleaned in a timely manner.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of the MSDS book for safe handling of chemicals and materials.
• Ensure that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis to maintain a clean environment.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and walls to ensure a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Assist in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas, following all safety guidelines and organizational policies.
• Assist in any other duties in the kitchen under the supervision of the Chef.
• All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members is important. 
• Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
• Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
