- Conducts him or herself in accordance with all Department of Business and Professional Regulation standards and the Company’s internal policies and procedures.
- Patrols gaming areas and grounds to establish security presence and reports all unusual situations and suspicious persons.
- Monitors through inspection and observations all activities within the facility.
- Observes, records and reports any unusual incidents and occurrences including medical situations.
- Provides excellent customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Knowledgeable of all current marketing events happening to promote and assist our patrons;
- Stands post to ensure alertness in the casino.
- All other duties assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position- High School Diploma preferred.
- Class ‘D’ License preferable.
- 1+ years of previous security experience preferred.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
- Must be willing to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must be willing to stand for long durations of time.
- Must be willing to respond calmly to emergency situations.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
- May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
