Why You'll Love Working Here ✔ Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents ✔ Join a mission-driven nonprofit with over 100 years of service ✔ Work alongside an experienced clinical and behavioral health team ✔ Stable full-time position with predictable scheduling ✔ Supportive leadership committed to employee development ✔ Comprehensive benefits package ✔ Paid time off and holidays ✔ Retirement plan ✔ Opportunities for continuing education and professional growth ✔ A workplace grounded in the Sanctuary Model of trauma-informed care What You'll Do As a member of our Clinical Services team, you will: Review medication administration records (MARs) and physician orders for accuracy and compliance Assist with medication monitoring and documentation reviews Support medication safety and infection prevention practices Reinforce medication administration procedures with residential staff Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, laboratory requests, and provider recommendations Monitor medication storage, expiration dates, and health-related supplies Assist with licensing surveys, audits, and accreditation activities Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, pharmacies, therapists, case managers, and residential leadership Support staff education related to medication administration, infection prevention, OSHA, and health documentation Promote a safe, healthy, and therapeutic environment for youth What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Valid driver's license CPR certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe) Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following: Residential treatment Behavioral health Child welfare Pediatrics Psychiatric nursing Community health Experience with medication administration systems, electronic documentation, and interdisciplinary teamwork is highly valued. QualificationsQualifications Education and Licensure Possesses and maintains a current, active West Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing. CPR certification required or obtained within agency-established timeframe. Valid driver’s license required. Experience Preferred experience includes: Residential treatment, behavioral health, child welfare, psychiatric, pediatric, or community health settings. Experience working with medication administration systems and health-related documentation. Experience working collaboratively with AMAP-certified personnel preferred.Â
