Responsibilities


As a Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
 

  • Accurately entering and updating rental property information into our internal databases and various online listing platforms.
  • Writing clear, professional, and engaging property descriptions that highlight key features and attract prospective tenants.
  • Uploading high-quality photographs, floor plans, and other media for each property listing.
  • Conducting regular audits of existing listings to ensure all information, including pricing and availability, is current and correct.
  • Performing quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors promptly.
  • Collaborating with property managers and leasing agents to gather all necessary details for new and updated listings.
  • Maintaining organised and systematic digital records of all property data and related documentation.


 

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
 

  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role where accuracy is paramount.
