At OneMain, District Managers lead teams committed to sales and customer service. The District Manager inspires the team to obtain short- and long-term growth and profit objectives of assigned branches through the development of new business and marketplace presence. 

 

IN THE ROLE 

  • Direct activities in the branches, supervising and ensuring that proper steps are taken to retain customers, manage branch portfolios and correct any sales, operations or profit deficiencies 

  • Ensures consumer loan investments are made consistent with company policies and sound investment practices 

  • Responsible for personnel management to include manager and staff training, performance, and developing goals for each manager and branch 

  • Builds business partnerships to add additional value that is beneficial to the district, its team members and customers  

  • Optimizes profitability and controls operating expenses of the district, supervising approximately 8-10 branch offices  

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent related work experience  

  • Ability to attract and develop diverse talent 

  • 3+ years relevant management experience 

  • Strong analytical ability and able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees, management and customers  

  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals working in fast paced environment  

  • Successful completion of all required trainings 

  • Ability to travel and acceptable motor vehicle records history
