Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) to join Labor & Delivery Unit providing compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum. The RN will work closely with OB physicians, midwives, anesthesia, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Department: Labor & Delivery / Women’s Services
Pay:$32.94–$49.38/hour
Shift Differential: +$4.00 nights | +$3.25 weekends
Sign-On Bonus:$20,000 with 2-year commitment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, antepartum, and postpartum patients.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, recognize changes, and respond to obstetric emergencies.
- Assist with vaginal and Cesarean deliveries and provide immediate postpartum/newborn care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and patient education while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the applicable state.
- Labor & Delivery experience and strong maternal/fetal assessment skills.
- Ability to interpret fetal monitoring and respond to emergencies.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
Required Certifications
BLS | ACLS | NRP | Current Fetal Monitoring Competency
