This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both customers and internal staff. A successful candidate will efficiently handle administrative duties, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Primary Duties:   Insurance Generate and process forms for multi-peril and private product insurance policies. Keep up to date on required agent training and licenses. Meet all deadlines for crop insurance. Manage indemnity check logistics. Contact grain elevators for settlement sheets. Obtain 578s for each customer from different counties to supply acreage reports. File management Lending Assemble documentation for participation loan requests. Complete machinery evaluations. Assemble loan files once approved by Presidents/Agribank. Maintain all file documentation, including but not limited to: Insurance UCC’s Mortgages Appraisals Title Policies Financials Prepare files for AgriBank reviews. Process all daily loan payments. Monitor all loan payment dates. Calculate and balance month-end reports for participation loans. Publish weekly MAC Lending Rates for Banks. Process wires for participation loans. Office Management Direct customer communication. Sign checks. Manage office supplies QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus. Current insurance license preferred but not required. If you're not licensed, we'll help you obtain your insurance license after hire.  Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance and lending administration preferred, but not required. Strong understanding of insurance and lending processes, including documentation and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
