Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Punchlist Carpenter to join our team in Danville, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in high-quality finish work and can efficiently complete final-stage construction tasks to prepare projects for client turnover.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete residential and/or commercial punchlist items with precision and efficiency
Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and hardware adjustments
Repair minor drywall, paint touch-ups, and caulking as needed
Adjust cabinets, drawers, and installed fixtures for proper alignment and function
Identify and resolve quality issues to meet project standards and deadlines
Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams regarding progress and issues

Proven experience performing punchlist work in construction (residential or commercial)
Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks without supervision
Must have own tools required for finish carpentry and punchlist work
Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites
Ability to read basic plans and follow scopes of work
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Experience working on high-end residential or tenant improvement projects
