HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARYÂ
Act as Commander in the absence of the Security Manager.Â
Support the Security Manager in daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, staffing, and equipment requirements.Â
Review schedules, reports, and shift documentation; make adjustments as needed.Â
Inspect officers’ appearance, performance, and adherence to departmental standards.Â
Ensure all officers receive proper training and that safety standards are upheld.Â
Conduct daily post checks and monitor manpower status boards.Â
Address and resolve guest or employee complaints and take corrective action when necessary.Â
Assist the Security Manager with performance evaluations and provide recommendations.Â
Review, recommend, or initiate appropriate action for policy or rule violations.Â
Serve as on‑scene Commander for major incidents.Â
Communicate all pertinent shift or departmental information to management.Â
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.Â
