What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centered speech therapy to primarily senior patients

• Evaluate communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs

• Create and deliver individualized treatment plans with strong clinical support

• Graduate of an accredited program with a degree in Speech Language Pathologist
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
• CPR Certification (requirement varies based on State/location)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
