What we are looking for:
- Client-oriented approach, creating individualized treatment plans based on the client’s skin care goals
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Achieve service and retail sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Offer an array of upgrades to add to our clients’ experience, including DiamondGlow, Nanoinfusion, Microdermabrasion, LED Phototherapy, Peels, etc
- Strong work ethic – show up on time, ready to give your best
- Excellent character with a strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and appearanceÂ
- Team playerÂ
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
Position Requirements
- An active California Esthetics license
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Available to work at least one weekend shift
- Able and willing to work on Women, Men, and Teens
- At least one year of experience performing facials
