The Food Server Assistant supports servers in delivering excellent dining experiences by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities include setting up tables, refilling beverages, clearing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with guest needs.
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.
- Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.
- Ensure all areas of the dining room and sever stations are clean and tidy.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
