Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Painter performs necessary painting, wallpapering, drywall finishing, and refinishing of interior and exterior building surfaces and furnishings. In doing so, smooths surfaces, fills holes and cracks, and applies coats of paint, varnish, stain and the like, using such equipment as paintbrushes, rollers, scrapers, conventional, airless, and electrostatic spray guns.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School/GED
- Valid driver's license required.
- 2 years' work experience performing painting, wallpapering, drywall finishing and refinishing in a professional manner.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry in a facilities capacity
