About the role

As the Global Director of Continuous Improvement, you’ll be the senior strategic leader driving operational excellence, transformation, and sustainable performance improvement across the enterprise. You’ll own the development, deployment, and governance of TERREPOWER’s global continuous improvement (CI) strategy — aligning it with business objectives and building a culture of innovation, accountability, and measurable results. • Change management & culture — Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, and build organizational capability through training, coaching, and certification programs.
  • Performance management — Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track CI progress and ROI, run regular reviews with regional and functional leaders, and benchmark best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Team leadership — Develop regional CI teams and leaders, foster collaboration across geographies and business units, and drive talent development and succession planning.
