Job Description Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. Â The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team
Requirements:Â
- BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing required.
- Current RN Pennsylvania State License required.
- Current BCLS required or obtained by completion of orientation.
- ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
- Previous ICU experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
- Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prior clinical experience preferred.
