Smart Toyota of Quad Cities is part of the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a family-owned automotive group with 24 locations across 5 states and a strong commitment to growing our team.

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle in our no-haggle sales environment. You’ll build relationships, listen to customer needs, recommend the right vehicle, and help structure payments that fit their lifestyle and budget.

You’ll also play an important role in creating long-term customer loyalty by following up after the sale and connecting customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
