What You’ll Do

• Build relationships and create an exceptional Lexus buying experience
• Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Present vehicle and payment options that fit the customer's lifestyle and budget
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty
• Connect customers with our Service Department for ongoing vehicle needs

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
