Your Role as a Master / A-B Level Technician

You’ll play a critical role in delivering expert-level service and keeping customers safely on the road.

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across all major systems
  • Perform work efficiently and to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify solutions
  • Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs for quality and safety
  • Communicate  clearly with Service Advisors on needed repairs and timelines
  • Complete warranty work according to manufacturer specifications
