- Perform maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ABS, hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and transmissions
- Troubleshoot issues using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic software
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Collaborate with drivers and team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Support general yard and equipment needs as needed
- 1+ year of experience as a diesel mechanic or strong mechanical background
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
- Positive attitude and eagerness to continue learning and growing
