Position Summary: The Service Advisor is the primary contact between customers and the service center, ensuring a seamless service experience from initial request through job completion. This role will process and handle work orders, warranty claims and calibrations. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing efficiencies, and ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner. 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to three years’ experience in a similar role
  • One year of cash management experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

Schedule: This is a full-time position typically scheduled 7:30am – 4:30pm.
