As a Certified Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care. Working closely with our providers, you’ll help ensure every patient has a positive, efficient, and compassionate healthcare experience.

 

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time role with weekday shifts and a rotating evening and weekend schedule

  • Primarily supports one provider, requiring a flexible and adaptable team player

Selected Responsibilities:

  • Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
  • Triage patients as necessary
  • Administer vaccines and injections
  • Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
  • Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
  • Administer medications
  • Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain proper disinfection protocols
  • Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
  • Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider

Candidates should have one of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, or RMA, along with at least one year of clinical Medical Assistant experience.
